摘要
高校课程思政建设是落实立德树人,提高人才培养质量的重要途径。该文梳理了课程思政建设的内涵,通过调研高校体育管理学科课程思政建设的现状,发现存在着任课教师课程思政能力不足、课程思政教学设计不完善、课程思政资源融合度不够、课程思政教学效果难以评价等困境。在此基础上,结合体育管理学科的特点,从师资培养、教学设计、课程思政资源开发、评价机制优化等方面提出推进策略,实现知识教育与价值教育的有机结合,促进体育管理学科课程思政建设高质量发展。
The construction of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension in colleges and universities is an important way to the implementation of fostering virtue through education and the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.The article sorts out the connotation of the construction of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,and finds that there are difficulties such as insufficient teachers'ability of teaching the curriculum from the ideological and political dimension,incomplete teaching design of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,insufficient integration of the resources of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,and difficult evaluation of the teaching effect of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension through the investigation on the current situation of the construction of Sports Management on the ideological and political dimension in colleges and universities.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of Sports Management,promotion strategies are proposed from the aspects of teacher training,teaching design,the development of the resources of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,and the optimization of evaluation mechanisms,in order to achieve the organic combination of knowledge education and value education,and promote the high-quality development of the construction of Sports Management on the ideological and political dimension.
