摘要
目的 探讨分析急性支气管炎哮喘伴上呼吸道感染的患者采用护理风险管理的临床效果。方法选择本院2020年6月~2021年8月收治的该疾病患者作为研究主体,纳选对象共计78例,以随机数字表法将其均匀划分为两组,每组各39例,常规组采取常规护理管理,观察组采取护理风险管理,组间对比两组患者的护理质量、护理风险率和投诉率。结果 与常规组进行比较,观察组各项护理质量评分明显比常规组高,组间对比P<0.05;同时观察组护理风险率(2.56%)、投诉率(5.13%)远远比常规组低,组间对比P<0.05。结论 采取护理风险管理能显著提升护理质量,还能减少不良事件发生机率,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of nursing risk management in patients with acute bronchitis and asthma accompanied by upper respiratory tract infection.Methods The patients with the disease admitted in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 78 subjects were included.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Routine The group adopts routine nursing management,and the observation group adopts nursing risk management.The quality of care,nursing risk rate and complaint rate of the two groups of patients are compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the observation group’s various nursing quality scores were significantly higher than those of the routine group,and the comparison between the groups was P<0.05.At the same time,the observation group’s nursing risk rate(2.56%)and complaint rate(5.13%)were far higher than those of the routine group Low,P<0.05 for comparison between groups.Conclusion Adopting nursing risk management can significantly improve the quality of nursing and reduce the probability of adverse events.The clinical application value is significant.
