摘要
大跨度空间结构施工阶段所受荷载复杂,结构的平均风险率高、失效概率大,为了保证施工安全和施工质量,开展完备的施工监测以指导合理施工至关重要。某博物馆采用大跨度钢桁架结构,桁架最大跨度为220m,按照结构健康监测方法实施施工期监测并进行卸载分析。通过对该工程卸载阶段应力、变形及倾角进行监测,大部分测点前期变化较大,后期趋于平稳,监测数据基本在有限元计算值范围内。部分区域的铅垂向位移超过有限元计算值,建议在运营期健康监测阶段加强监测。利用有限元分析和现场监测的方法能有效指导施工,确保卸载过程安全可靠。
The load of long-span spatial structure in the construction stage is complex,the average risk rate of the structure is high,and the failure probability is large.In order to ensure the construction safety and construction quality,it is very important to carry out complete construction monitoring to guide reasonable construction.A museum adopted a large span steel truss structure with a maximum span of 220 m.According to the structural health monitoring method,the construction period monitoring and unloading analysis were carried out.Through the monitoring of stress,deformation and inclination in the unloading stage of the project,most measuring points changed greatly in the early stage,and tended to be stable in the later stage.The monitoring data were basically within the range of finite element calculation value.The vertical displacement of lead in some areas exceeded the finite element calculation value,and it was recommended to strengthen the monitoring in the health monitoring stage of the operation period.The method of finite element analysis and field monitoring could effectively guide the construction and ensure the safety and reliability of unloading process.
