大跨度空间网架应力监测及有限元模拟对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 应力监测已普遍应用到各种大跨度空间网架结构健康监测当中,而现有模型分析软件对这种超静定空间结构体系的还原度值得商讨。论文以苏州市某一大跨度空间网架结构工程为例,通过DH5971分布式在线监测系统,对其整个施工过程进行实时应力监测。发现其应力随时间及工况有规律的变化,能与结构的工作状态很好的吻合。将最终的试验数据与有限元模型进行对比分析,丰富了现有设计与施工的有效数据,提高了大跨度空间钢结构监测系统的应用水平。 Stress monitoring has been widely used in a variety of large-span space shelf structure health monitoring,and the existing model analysis software for this ultra-static spatial structure system reduction is worth discussing.In this paper,a large-span space frame structure project in Suzhou City is used as an example to monitor the real-time stress of the entire construction process through the DH5971 distributed online monitoring system.It is found that the stress changes regularly with time and working conditions,which can be in good agreement with the working state of the structure.Comparing the final test data with the finite meta-model enriches the valid data of the existing design and construction,and improves the application level of the large-span space steel structure monitoring system.
