摘要
作为生命科学最重要的基础专业课程之一,生物化学具有内容多,范围广,知识点细碎,学习难度大的特点。本文重点介绍笔者在为化学工程与工艺专业学生教授生物化学过程中使用的思维导图法和科学发现案例法(含翻转课堂)。展示了如何利用思维导图培养学生的系统思维能力,如何利用科学发现案例(教师课堂分享和翻转课堂等形式)激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生的创新和逻辑思维能力。
As one of the most important basic courses of Life Science,Biochemistry has many contents with a wide range,trivial knowledge and great difficulty in learning.The mind mapping method and the case method of scientific discovery(including flipped classrooms)used in teaching students of Chemical Engineering and Craft Biochemistry was highlighted.How to use mind mapping to cultivate students systematic thinking ability and how to use scientific discovery cases(teachers sharing and flipped classrooms)to stimulate students learning interest and cultivate students creative and logical thinking ability were showed.
