摘要
目的探究基于微信平台病例讨论的以问题为基础(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法在口腔教学中的应用效果。方法选取佳木斯大学口腔医学院60名本科实习生作为研究对象,入院实习时间均为2021年6月—2022年3月,共10个月,学历均为本科口腔医学生,采用单盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,30名/组,对照组接受传统教学法,观察组接受基于微信平台病理讨论的PBL教学法教学、对比两组实习生的考试成绩、学习效果、临床思维能力评估量表评分。结果实习后,观察组实习生基础理论评分、实践技能评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生学习效果各项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床思维能力评估量表的批判性思维能力、系统思维能力、循证思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔医学实习生实施基于微信平台病例讨论的PBL教学法,可以提高实习生的学校成绩和学习效果,培养学生良好的思维能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based(PBL)teaching method based on WeChat platform case discussion in oral teaching.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate interns in school of dentistry,Jiamusi University were selected as the research objects.The admission time for the internship was from June 2021 to the end of March 2022,a total of 10 months,all of whom were undergraduate stomatology students,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by a singleblind method,30 cases/group,the control group received the traditional teaching method,and the observation group received the PBL teaching method based on the pathological discussion on the WeChat platform.The examination scores,learning effects and scores of the Clinical Thinking Ability Assessment Scale were compared between the two groups of interns.Results After practice,the score of basic theory,practical skill and total score of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of intern learning effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability,systematic thinking ability and evidence-based thinking ability of clinical thinking ability assessment scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform case discussion among dental interns can improve interns'school performance and learning effect,and cultivate students'good thinking ability.
