微信联合PBL、CBL教学法在皮肤性病学实验课教学中的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:改革以往本科生皮肤性病学实验课教学中单纯播放录像的教学模式,探讨微信联合PBL、CBL教学模式在皮肤性病学实验课教学中的应用效果。方法:选择典型的临床病例,上课前教师用微信将要讨论的典型病例照片发到学生微信群,将每个班学生分为2组,每组约15人,以组为单位进行分组讨论并写出实验报告,上课时教师和学生一起讨论、互动,给出正确答案,课后教研室组织教师评阅学生上交的实验报告,教师给出的实验成绩作为整组学生的实验成绩。结果:提高了学生实验课学习的满意度,提高了学生的实验课学习成绩,大大缩短了教师阅卷时间,减轻了教师负担。结论:微信联合PBL、CBL教学模式可作为一种皮肤性病学实验课教学模式进行推广。 Objective:The purpose is to reform the teaching mode of playing video only in the experimental teaching of dermatovenerology for undergraduates,and to explore the application effect of WeChat combined with PBL and CBL in the experimental teaching of dermatovenerology.Method:The teacher selects typical clinical cases.Before class,the teacher sends the typical case photos to the WeChat group of students.The students in each class are divided into two groups,with about 15 students in each group.They discuss this case in each group and write experimental reports.Finally,the teacher and the students discuss and interact together to give the correct answer.After class,the teaching and research office organizes teachers to review the experimental reports submitted by students,and give the experimental results which are taken as the experimental results of each group of students.Result:It has improved the students'satisfaction with the study of the experimental class,improved the students'performance in the experimental class,greatly shortened the time for teachers to mark the papers,and lightened the burden on teachers.Conclusion:WeChat combined with PBL and CBL teaching model can be popularized as a teaching model of the experimental teaching of dermatovenerology.
