摘要
目的探讨基于微信的案例教学法在外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取学校2015级71名护理本科生为试验组,2014级65名护理本科生为对照组。对照组采用传统的以课堂讲授为主的教学方法,试验组采用基于微信的案例教学法。课程结束后,采用理论考试成绩、案例分析单项成绩及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果试验组学生理论和案例分析单项成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01),且试验组学生对该组教学法评价良好。结论将基于微信的案例教学法应用于外科护理学课程中,能够提升教学效果,促进学生学习意愿和参与程度。
Objective To investigate the case-based teaching by using WeChat's application in the course of surgical nursing. Methods Totally 71 nursing students of academic year 2015 were selected as the study group,another 65 nursing students of academic year 2014 were selected as the control group. The control group used the traditional classroom teaching method,the experiment group adopted the case teaching method based on WeChat. After the end of the course,the theory test scores,case analysis,questionnaire survey and individual performance were evaluated comprehensively to assess the teaching efficacy. Results Students in the study group achieved higher score in theoretical and case analysis than those of the control group( P < 0. 01),and the case-based teaching by using WeChat was highly rated in the students of the study group.Conclusion The application of case-based teaching method by using WeChat in course of surgical nursing science has achieved good results. it may increase the willing to study and participation among students.
