In the meaning of“guiding(规定)”,there is a meaning of demand for people.As the trivalent give-type verb,“guiding(规定)”form a double objects sentence of which the predicative valence component is far object,or direct object.The semantic structure of such sentence is“agent+dative(controlled person)+patient(controlled conduct)”,of which the dative is controlled person,and patient is controlled conduct.The predicative valence components of“guiding(规定)”is a conduct value.“Guiding(规定)”refers to the requirement or order which agent agrees or prohibits dative to do something,and as the give-type verb,the“giving”here means the agreement or prohibition of the conduct which is an abstract“object”.
