摘要
在新时代职业教育思想工作建设背景下,高职院校应着力打造“思创融合”创新实践团队,多维度积极探索“思创融合”创新实践理论研究、课程与教学体系建设方法路径、团队建设体制机制,努力激发教师团队创造潜能,建设好课程思政和创新创业课程融合,将思政元素、创新创业元素与学生第二课堂紧密衔接,打造既能有思政育人本领,又能带领学生开展创新创业活动的创新实践团队,全面提高高职院校思想工作建设质量,不断把“思创融合”育人模式融入到专业教学标准和人才培养方案中,助推技术技能型人才培养取得高质量发展和提升。
Under the background of ideological construction of vocational education in the new era,vocational colleges should focus on building the innovation team and exploring the practical theory of integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship,construction method of courses and teaching system,mechanism of team construction,etc.Meanwhile,they should strive to stimulate the creative potential of teachers,build the integration of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship courses,connect ideological and political elements,innovation and entrepreneurship elements and students’second classroom together,so as to create an innovation practice team that can not only have the ability of ideological and political education,but also guide students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities,which comprehensively improve the quality of ideological construction in vocational colleges.Integrating the education model into professional teaching standards and talent training programs can promote the high-quality development and improvement of skilled talents training.
