摘要
在当前产业优化升级不断加快背景下,曲靖师范学院以政策为引导,调研社会需求,积极探索转型发展之路,以提升学生专业应用和实践创新能力为中心,着力培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才.通过构建“双平台”人才培养体系,完善“分类别+多模块”课程体系,实施课程思政融入、专创融合、岗课赛证融通改革,形成“2+1+1”产教融合协同育人模式,经过5年实践,在专业和课程建设、师资队伍建设、学生培养等方面取得实效.
Under the background of accelerating industrial upgrading,the road of transformation and development under the guidance of policy and social demand is actively studied at Qujing Normal University.Focusing on improving students'ability of professional application and practical innovation,we focus on the training of“Innovative,Complex and Applicable(ICA)”talent.A“2+1+1”talent training mode has been formed based on the demand-driven integration of production and education,through the construction of“double platform”training system for ICA talent by improving the“classification plus multi module”curriculum system,through the implementation of ideological and political theories teaching in all course,integration of specialty and innovation and entrepreneurship,and fused by post,course,competition,certificate.After 5 years of practice,good application results in the construction of specialties,courses,the teaching staff and the training of students have obtained.
