摘要
应用型人才培养过程中,需要解决"是什么"和"怎么办"两个问题。作为社会分工不断细化的结果,应用型人才逐渐成为一种区别于研究型人才和技能型人才的独立人才类型,其显著特征在于学以致用,以用为本。应用型人才培养的基本模式、课程体系、教师队伍、教学方法、质量评价标准、培养途径等方面的改革与突破,是实现应用型人才培养目标的关键保障。
It is necessary to solve two kinds of problems in the process of the applied talents training: what are the applied talents and how to train them? As a consequence of labor division in the society, the applied talents are emerging and gradually showing a distinction from the academic and technical tal- ents. They aim at applying what they have learned into practice, and mainly concentrate on the apply- ing of knowledge. At present, the key to realize the goal of applied talent cultivation is to reform the basic mode, curriculum system, faculty members, teaching methods, quality assessment standard, and the approach of applied talent training.
