摘要
立足于本科院校、高等职业院校和行业协会三方共同培养应用型本科人才培养的研究与实践,分析了当前应用型本科人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了通过创新体制机制,构建产教融合、校企合作的人才培养模式和对策。
Based on the research and practice of the joint development for applied undergraduate talents between universities, vocational colleges and industry association, the authors analyze the current problems during the process of developing applied undergraduate talents and propose a talents-developing mode and countermeasure which constructs a combination of producing-training, college-corporation through innovation mechanism.
