摘要
自从《高职扩招相关工作实施方案》正式出台以来,我国高职院校扩招工作蓬勃开展,大量考生涌入高职院校,这也给高职院校师资队伍建设带来了巨大的挑战,我国高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设也受到社会的广泛关注。本文在高职扩招背景下,围绕高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设问题和路径展开探讨分析,为扩招背景下高职院校的深入发展探明方向,希望为相关人员带来一些参考。
Since the"Implementation Plan of Higher Vocational College Enrollment Expansion"was officially issued,enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges has been vigorously developed.A large number of candidates flood into higher vocational colleges,which also brings great challenges to the construction of higher vocational colleges'teaching staff.The construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges has also attracted extensive attention from the society.Based on the background of the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses and analyzes the problems and paths of the construction of"double-qualified"teachers,expecting to bring some references for related personnel.
