摘要
随着职业教育的发展,国家对“双师型”教师队伍建设越来越重视,“双师型”教师队伍是高职教育发展的必然要求,也是职业教育人才培养质量的关键因素,更是教师素质能力提升的必然之举。文章从大赛带动“双师型”教师队伍建设角度入手,肯定了大赛对“双师型”教师队伍建设起到的积极推动作用,如提升了教师的专业理论知识水平及实践动手操作水平;同时也指出了目前在大赛推进“双师型”教师队伍建设过程中存在的问题,如教师积极性不高、“以赛促教、促学”成果转化程度不高、“双师型”教师队伍建设培训政策不够完善。并从教师自身层面、学校层面及国家层面提出建议,力求共同努力推进职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设。
The construction of“double qualif ied”teachers is becoming more and more important in vocational education.It is not only the inevitable requirement of the development of higher vocational education,but also the key factor of the talent training quality of vocational education,but also the inevitable move to improve the quality and ability of teachers.From the perspective of promoting the construction of“double qualif ied”teachers by the competition,this paper aff irms the positive role of the competition in promoting the construction of“double qualif ied”teachers,such as improving the professional theoretical knowledge level and practical operation level of teachers.At the same time,it also points out the problems existing in the process of promoting the construction of“double qualif ied”teachers in the competition,such as the low enthusiasm of teachers,the low degree of transformation of“promoting teaching and learning through competition”,and the imperfect training policy for the construction of“double qualif ied”teachers.It also puts forward suggestions from the teachers’own level,school level and national level,and strives to make joint efforts to promote the construction of“double qualif ied”teachers in vocational education.
