基于应用型人才培养的“双师型”教师队伍建设——以黑龙江八一农垦大学动物科技学院为例

摘要 建立“双师型”教师队伍是地方应用型本科院校高质量发展的重要保障,也是促进高校转型发展的必备条件。目前,很多高校未能深刻理解“双师型”教师队伍建设对应用型人才培养及对地方应用型本科院校转型的重要性,在“双师型”教师队伍建设上还存在知识与技能结构不够合理、激励机制不健全、校企合作深度不够、评价标准不明确等问题。文章提出从党建引领、健全教师培训体系、强化教师社会实践、完善激励评价机制等方面探索“双师型”教师队伍建设的路径,为促进地方应用型本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供参考。 Construction of a‘dual qualified’teaching team is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of local application-oriented colleges and a necessity for promoting the transformation and development of local universities.At present,the importance of building a‘dual qualified’teaching team for the cultivation of application-oriented talents and the transformation of local application-oriented colleges are not yet fully understood at local universities.In addition,the problems such as an unreasonable knowledge-skill structure,inadequate incentive mechanisms,insufficient depth of school enterprise cooperation and unclear evaluation standards have not been fully resolved in the construction of a‘dual qualified’teaching team.In this paper,the paths of constructing a‘dual qualified’teaching team from the perspectives of Party building guidance,improving the teacher training system,strengthening teacher social practice and developing incentive evaluation mechanisms are proposed,providing reference for promoting the construction of a‘dual qualified’teaching team in local application-oriented colleges.
