摘要
膝关节损伤是骨科临床常见疾病之一,相关疾病大多较为复杂,尤其以膝关节韧带损伤、半月板损伤、骨损伤等相关疾病为主。膝关节损伤如不能得到准确的诊断和针对性治疗,轻者会出现持续性疼痛症状,严重者容易造成膝关节功能性障碍甚至终身伤残。在膝关节损伤临床诊断方法中,以磁共振成像检查应用最为广泛,尤其在X射线影像学检查技术无法准确判断患者病情时,便可以利用磁共振成像技术,实现准确、详细、全面探查患者膝关节损伤的病症类型以及发病部位,为膝关节损伤临床诊治提供显著帮助。基于此,文章简要分析了磁共振成像在膝关节成像的研究进展。
Knee joint injury is one of the common clinical diseases in orthopedics.Most of the related diseases are complicated,especially the knee ligament injury,meniscus injury,bone injury and other related diseases.If knee joint injury can not get accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment,the mild will appear persistent pain symptoms,and the serious will easily cause knee joint dysfunction or even lifelong disability.In clinical diagnosis of knee injuries approach to magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)to check the most widely used,especially in X-ray imaging technology cannot tell patients accurately,and can make use of MRI imaging technology,realize accurate,detailed and comprehensive exploration condition in patients with knee joint injury types and high risk.It provides significant help for clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee joint injury.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the research progress of MRI in knee joint imaging.
