摘要 关节软骨损伤的早期诊断非常重要,但传统影像学检查以及常规MRI序列对关节软骨损伤的显示有一定局限性,磁共振新技术尤其是生理性成像可以显示软骨内部成分构成的变化,同时,血、尿以及滑膜中一些生物学标记物水平的改变也能预示关节软骨的内部改变。 It is very important to early diagnose the articular cartilage loss for the prognosis of the injury. The traditional imaging examinations including conventional MRI sequences are not feasible to illustrate the early cartilage damage. Some new techniques especially the MR physiologic imaging can provide valuable insights into the structural status of joints and its changes in cartilage, while some biomarkers in blood, urine or synovial fluid can predict the inner changes of cartilage.
