7.0T MRI与3.0T MRI膝关节图像质量对比分析

摘要 目的对比分析7.0T MRI和3.0T MRI两种不同场强的膝关节图像质量。方法使用3.0T MRI和7.0T MRI扫描仪,在相同时间内使用相同序列对受试者(n=16)进行膝关节成像。分别对肌肉、骨骼、韧带、软骨、神经的信噪比(SNR)和对比信噪比(CNR)进行定量分析,并由2位有丰富经验的放射科肌肉骨骼诊断医师对图像进行解剖结构可视化评估。结果7.0T MRI下膝关节图像的SNR和CNR明显优于3.0T MRI,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。7.0T MRI膝关节图像具有更高的清晰度和对比度。结论相同时间内,7.0T MRI扫描的膝关节图像SNR和CNR更高,能够更清晰地显示膝关节的解剖结构,有助于提高诊断的准确性。 Objective To compare and analyze the knee image quality of two different magnetic field intensity of 7.0T MRI and 3.0T MRI.Methods Knee joint imaging was performed on subjects(n=16)with 3.0T MRI and 7.0T MRI scanner at the same time using the same sequence.The signal to noise ratio(SNR)and contrast signal to noise ratio(CNR)of muscle,bone,ligament,cartilage and nerve were quantitatively analyzed,and the anatomical structure of the images were visualized and evaluated by two experienced musculoskeletal diagnostic radiologists.Results The SNR and CNR of the knee images under the 7.0T MRI were significantly better than those under 3.0T MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee images of the 7.0T MRI have higher clarity and contrast.Conclusion Within the same time,the SNR and CNR of the knee images scanned by 7.0T MRI are higher,which can show the anatomical structure of the knee more clearly,and help to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
