摘要
目的探讨膝关节损伤诊断中核磁共振成像的应用价值。方法选取疑似膝关节损伤患者105例,分别实施MRI检查及多层螺旋CT检查,比较两种检查方式的阳性检出率、特异性、灵敏度、损伤类型诊断符合率及误诊率、漏诊率、阴性预测值、阳性预测值。结果两种检查方法中,MRI的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值均高于多层螺旋CT,MRI误诊率和漏诊率低于多层螺旋CT。检出损伤类型为韧带损伤、骨质改变、关节腔积液、半月板损伤,MRI诊断符合率优于多层螺旋CT(P<0.05)。结论膝关节损伤诊断中应用核磁共振成像检查能够提升检查准确率,检查灵敏度较高,值得推广。
Objective To study the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosis of knee injury.Methods A total of 105 patients with suspected knee joint injury were selected;the patients were examined by MRI and multi-slice spiral CT,respectively.The positive detection rates,specificity,sensitivity,coincidence rate of injury type,ates of misdiagnosis,missed rate,negative predictive values and positive predictive value were compared by the two inspection methods.Results In the two methods,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value in MRI were higher than those in multi-slice spiral CT,and the rates of misdiagnosis and missed rate in MRI were lower than those in multi-slice spiral CT.The types of injuries detected by MTI were ligament injury,bone change,joint effusion,and meniscus injury;the diagnostic coincidence rate in MRI was higher than that in multi-slice spiral CT(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI in diagnosis of knee injury can improve the examination accuracy,and has a high inspection sensitivity.It is worth promoting.
