摘要 高档绿色蔬菜芽苗菜的生产既要满足营养需求,又要确保无污染、无公害,口感和色泽均优秀,生产栽培技术提出了一定考验。文章就高档绿色蔬菜芽苗菜的生产栽培技术进行分析,研究相关技术的具体应用情况,为应用推广芽苗菜的生产栽培技术,提升产量和效率提供一些思路。 The production of highgrade green vegetable sprouts should not only meet the nutritional requirements,but also ensure pollution-free,pollution-free,taste and color are up to standard,which actually puts forward a certain test for the production and cultivation technology of producers.The production and cultivation technology of high-grade green vegetable sprouts were analyzed,the specific application of relevant technologies were studied,so as to provide some ideas for the application and promotion of the production and cultivation technology of sprouts,and improves the yield and efficiency.
