摘要
红豆芽苗菜是一种口感鲜嫩,营养丰富的芽菜。研究了不同浸种时间、浸种温度、催芽温度以及不同生长介质对红豆芽苗菜生长发育的影响,结果表明:红豆芽苗菜适宜的浸种温度和时间为26℃、24h;催芽的适宜温度为20—24℃;同时在无纺布作为介质的生长条件下,生长最好,生物学效率可达116.84%,品质最佳。
Red bean sprout is a fresh, tender and nutritious vegetable. We studied the factors of different soaking time, tem- perature during soaking, temperature during germination and growth substrates for red bean sprouts production. The results indicated that the suitable temperature for seed soaking is 26 ℃ and suitable soaking time 24 hours. The proper germination temperature is 20-24 ℃. The sprouts grow the best on adhesive bonded cloth with vegetable rate up to 116.84%.
