摘要
蚓粪对植物生长影响的研究正不断深入,但蚓粪对芽苗菜生长影响的研究还比较匮乏。作者以大豆为材料,探讨了不同浓度蚓粪提取液对其生长的影响。结果表明:蚓粪提取液能促进大豆芽苗菜的发芽,经10%、20%和30%蚓粪浸提液处理后的芽苗菜发芽率比对照组增加3.55%-13.61%。与对照组相比,芽苗菜茎质量增加1.33%-35.76%;类胡萝卜素含量增加11.54%-50.00%,维生素C含量增加48.20-112.74%,可溶性蛋白增加29.07%-40.14%;经10%和20%蚓粪浸提液处理后的芽苗菜氨基酸含量分别增加48.44%和78.13%,经30%蚓粪浸提液处理后的芽苗菜氨基酸含量降低10.94%。随着人们健康意识的增强,芽苗菜的营养和功能成分逐渐得到人们的认可,作者的研究可为芽苗菜产品的市场化开发提供依据。
With the in-depth study of vermicompost on plant growth,we realized that it has a growth-promoting effect.Research on the effects of vermicompost on bean sprouts is relatively scarce.In this study,soybean is used as the material to explore the influence of ver-micompost extracts with different concentrations on its growth.The results showed that the vermicompost promoted the germination of soybean sprouts,and the germination rate of the sprouts increased by 3.55%-13.61%after treatment with 10%,20%and 30%vermi-compost extracts.Compared with the control group,the increase in the quality of sprouts stems was from 1.33% to 35.76%.In the ver-micompost treatment group,the content of carrots in sprouts increased by 11.54%-50.00%,the content of vitamin C increased by 48.20-112.74%,and the soluble protein increased by 29.07%-40.14%.Meanwhile,amino acids content of soybean sprouts was enh-anced by 48.44%and 78.13%under the 10%and 20%vermicompost extract respectively,and the amino acid content was decreased by 10.94%under the 30%vermicompost extract.With the increase of people’s health awareness,the functional ingredients of sprouts are gradually recognized,which provides a basis for the market development of sprouts products.
