After World War II,the United States transformed from an industrial society to a post-industrial society, with great changes in industrial structure, economic structure and social structure, and the economic and social status of ethnic minorities also changed correspondingly.Although racial discrimination and exclusion have become obscure in the post-industrial era of the United States, racist ideas still permeate every corner of society. In the post-industrial society of the United States, some minorities have gained new opportunities in employment, income, education and other aspects, thus stepping into the middle class and above, and there are signs of racial integration with whites. While the other part of minorities are always at the bottom of the society, isolated from the mainstream of the American society, and cause the phenomenon of differentiation with the American upper-middle class minorities. Therefore, the minorities in the post-industrial society of the United States have new characteristics in terms of their economic status and social conditions.
