摘要
针对我国危险货物道路运输企业驾驶员越来越明显的高龄化现象,采用薪酬满意度、职业荣誉感、安全意识、反应能力、认知能力和服从管理性6个方面的调研数据,将驾驶员按照年龄分为两组,对危险货物道路运输驾驶员的生存现状进行对比分析。利用因子分析法,建立危险货物道路运输驾驶员综合能力评价体系,比较高龄与中低龄在各个维度的差异,得到高龄驾驶员对企业安全管理的潜在风险,旨在为危险货物道路运输企业安全管理提供参考依据。研究表明,危险货物道路运输“高龄”驾驶员在安全意识、反应能力、认知能力和服从管理性方面均低于中低龄驾驶员。
In view of the increasingly obvious aging phenomenon of drivers in the road transport enterprises of dangerous goods in China,drivers have been divided into two groups according to their ages based on the survey data from six aspects of salary satisfaction,professional honor,safety awareness,responsiveness,cognitive ability and management compliance,and the survival status of road transport drivers of dangerous goods has been compared and analyzed.By using the method of factor analysis,an evaluation system for the comprehensive ability of road transport drivers of dangerous goods has been established,and the differences between the elderly and the middle and younger drivers in various dimensions have been compared to obtain the potential risks of the elderly drivers to the safety management of enterprises.The purpose is to provide a reference for the safety management of road transport enterprises of dangerous goods.It shows that the“senior”drivers of road transport of dangerous goods are lower than the middle and young drivers in terms of safety awareness,reaction ability,cognitive ability and obedience to management.
