摘要
我国心理健康教育形成于二十世纪八十年代,经过多年的发展和探索,很多高校都开展了有关心理健康教育的实践探索与理论研究,并形成了多元化的心理健康教育模式。但在网络技术与信息技术快速发展的背景下,互联网对学生心理产生消极和积极影响的因素日渐增多,并为大学生心理健康教育工作的全面开展带来了巨大的挑战。对此高校应明确网络环境对学生心理健康的影响机制,深入分析网络环境下心理健康教育问题,并从内容、目标、途径、制度、队伍等层面探究心理健康教育模式的创新思路,以期提升大学生心理健康水平,推动学生全面、快速的发展。
Mental health education in China was formed in the 1980s.After years of development and exploration,many colleges and universities have carried out practical exploration and theoretical research on mental health education,and formed a diversified mental health education model.However,in the context of the rapid development of network technology and information technology,the factors that have a negative and positive impact on students’psychology are increasing day by day,and have brought great challenges to the comprehensive development of college students’mental health education.It deeply analyzes the problems of mental health education under the network environment,and explores the innovative ideas of the mental health education model from the aspects of content,objectives,approaches,systems,teams,etc.,in order to improve the mental health level of college students and promote the comprehensive and rapid development of students.
