积极心理学视角下大学生心理健康教育创新路径探究 被引量:13

摘要 近年来随着经济社会的快速发展,我国大学生心理健康教育逐渐受到高度重视,不少院校也专门开设了心理健康教育课程,或是在学校举办心理社团开展大学生心理活动。积极心理学从某种意义上能促进学生综合素质的提升,也对大学生的成长成才起到了关键性的促进作用。因此本文在深入解析积极心理学理论及大学生心理健康教育现状的基础上,通过提升大学生心理健康教育课程质量,不断探索高校心理健康教育创新路径,使当代大学生从积极心理学视角拥有积极乐观的心态,去适应快速发展的当今社会。 The mental health education of college students has been valued highly in recent years. Mental health education courses are opened in many colleges or psychological school associations are set up to organize psychological activities. Positive psychology can improve students’ comprehensive quality and plays a key role in promoting the growth of college students. So based on the in-depth analysis of positive psychology theory and the present situation of college students’ mental health education, the paper puts forward that students’ positive and optimistic attitudes, which is suitable for the rapid developemt of the present society, can be cultivated only by improving the quality of the mental health education course and exploring the innovative educational path of college psychological health education.
