思维导图在肝癌中医教学的应用

摘要 目的探讨思维导图在肝癌中医教学的应用价值。方法选择上海健康医学院临床医学学生100名为研究对象。其中2020年下半学年度(对照组,50名),2021年上半学年度(观察组,50名)。对照组按照教学大纲采取传统模式教学,观察组实施思维导图模式教学,比较教师对2组学生学习评定情况、统计2组学生对教学效果评分、比较小测验成绩、统计学生对教师的满意度得分。结果观察组学生中完成课前预习比例、课程签到比例和完成课后作业比例均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生认为肝癌中医临床教学具有趣味性比例、教学内容具有针对性比例和教学内容与实际结合较理想比例均高于对照组(P<0.05);小测验时,观察组学生成绩得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组学生对教师整体满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肝癌的中医教学采用思维导图模式,能有效地提高学生积极性,提升教学质量及满意度,提高学生成绩。 Objective To explore the application value of mind mapping clinical manifestations of in the teaching of liver cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 100 students of general practice in Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences were selected as the research objects.The second half of 2020(control group,50)and the first half of 2021(observation group,50)were included.The control group was taught in the traditional mode according to the syllabus,and the observation group was taught in the mind map mode of this study.The teacher’s learning assessment of the two groups of students was compared,and the scores of the two groups of students on the teaching effect were counted.The scores of small tests,the satisfaction scores of students and teachers were counted.Results The proportion of pre-class preview completion,course check-in and homework completion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of students in the observation group who thought that the clinical teaching of liver cancer was interesting,the proportion of targeted teaching content and the ideal proportion of teaching content combined with practice were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mind map model in traditional Chinese medicine teaching for liver cancer can effectively improve students’enthusiasm,improve teaching quality and satisfaction,and improve students’performance.
