摘要
开展岗课赛证融合育人是提高人才培养质量、深化专业教学改革、满足区域人才需求的有效途径。现阶段,高职院校电子商务专业人才培养面临在专业课程体系与人才供求、校企合作、岗位与课程融合度、课程评价等方面的问题。以哈尔滨职业技术学院电子商务专业为例,通过实践研究探索电子商务专业岗课赛证融合育人模式路径,以目标定位为导向,构建“岗课融通服务产业链、赛证融通强化技术链、课证融通提升人才链”的育人机制,为高职电子商务专业人才培养提供参考路径。
carrying out Post-Course-Competition-Certification integration education is an effective way to improve the quality of talent training,deepen the reform of professional teaching,and meet the needs of regional talents.At this stage,the training of e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges is faced with real problems such as the dislocation of the professional curriculum system and the supply and demand of talents,the lack of integration between a single post and the curriculum in the form of school-enterprise cooperation,and the inability of curriculum evaluation to reflect students'job competency.Practical research explores the path of the education mode of Post-Course-Competition-Certification integration of e-commerce majors,and takes the goal orientation as the guide to build an education mechanism of"post-course integration service industry chain,competition-certificate integration to strengthen technology chain,course certificate integration to enhance talent chain",Provide a reference path for the cultivation of e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges.
