技能型军士实践课程教学设计与实践——以排水管道加工与连接模块为例

摘要 水暖管道加工与连接实操课程是陆军勤务学院某技能型军士培养专业的核心课程,具有教学学时长、工程实践性强的特点。针对实践性课程的教学特点和教学规律,以排水管道加工与连接模块为例,以军士学员在部队任职的岗位需求为牵引,精心开展教学设计,从“知识、能力和素质”三个维度设计教学目标,优化教学内容,融入思政元素,通过问卷调查、走访座谈等方式深层次分析教学对象,深入贯彻“以学员为中心”的教学理念,改进教学方法,实施“以考代训”的教学策略,并合理设计教学环节。最终的教学实践结果表明,在教学过程中,学员的知识和技能水平均得到显著提高,达到预期的教学目标。 Plumbing Pipe Processing and Connection Practice course is the core course of a skilled Sergeant training major in Army Logistics Academy.The course has the characteristics of long teaching hours and strong engineering practicality.According to the teaching characteristics and teaching rules of practical courses,taking"drainage pipe processing and connection"as an example and guided by the post requirements of sergeant students in the army,the teaching design is carefully carried out,the teaching objectives are designed from the three dimensions of"knowledge,ability and quality".The teaching contents are optimized,the ideological and political elements are integrated,and the teaching objects are deeply analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,visit and discussion.We thoroughly implement the teaching concept of"student-centered",improve the teaching methods,implement the teaching strategy of"replacing training with examination",and reasonably design the teaching links.The final teaching practice results show that in the teaching process,the students'knowledge and skills have been significantly improved,and the expected teaching objectives have been achieved.
