摘要
为进一步提升新建艺术类本科院校表演专业应用型人才培养能力,概述了新建艺术类本科院校表演专业人才培养的现状,以安徽艺术学院为例,分析应用型人才培养存在的主要问题,并提出了应用型人才培养的路径:推进招生制度改革;推进教师队伍建设;创新应用型表演教学方法;拓展教学成果展示方式;搭建实践育人平台;发挥专业融合优势开展第二课堂教育相关课题研究。
In order to further improve the training ability of applied talents for performing majors in newly established art undergraduate universities,the present situation of talent training for performing majors in newly established art undergraduate universities is summarized.Taking Anhui Academy of Artsas an example,this paper analyzes the main problems in the training of applied talents,and puts forword the path of training applied talents:Push-ing forward the reform of the enrollment system;Promoting the construction of teachers;Innovative applied performance teaching methods;Expanding the way of teaching results display;Building a platfbnn for practical education;Making full use of the advantages of professional integration to carry out the second classroom education related topics.
