摘要
篮球作为一种以技能为主导的同场对抗性项目,对运动员自身的力量训练具有较高要求。其中,爆发力作为提高篮球运动员对抗速度的关键,要求高校在培养篮球运动员时,不断优化体能训练方式,在注重专项技术动作训练的同时增强其爆发力训练。复合式训练作为力量与爆发力相结合的训练模式,对高校篮球运动员爆发力具有重要影响。基于此,该文在深入分析复合式训练对运动员爆发力影响的基础上,探究提升运动员爆发力的有效举措,以提升运动员自身的篮球竞技水平。
Basketball,as a kind of skill-oriented competition in the same field,puts forward higher requirements for athletes’strength training.Among them,explosive power is the key to improve the speed of basketball players,which requires colleges and universities to constantly optimize the way of physical training and enhance the explosive power training while focusing on the special technical action training.As a combination of strength and explosive force,compound training has an important impact on the explosive force of college basketball players.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of in-depth analysis of its important impact,explores effective measures to enhance the athletes’explosive power,so as to improve their own basketball competitive level.
