摘要
在用户追求自我实现的时代,图书馆和用户共创服务成为趋势。图书馆通过重构资源集合、用户关系和制度模式,集聚用户资源与智慧,与用户进行服务共创,“邻里图书馆”项目就是一个图书馆和用户共创服务的典型案例。该项目在共同的价值观和利益诉求基础上,由图书馆搭建平台,创造支持性环境和制度模式,由用户自主开展图书馆服务。图书馆和用户调动各自关联的各种资源和关系,共同推动邻里图书馆的发展壮大。
In the era of users’ pursuit of self-realization, it has become a trend for libraries and users to create services together. The rapid development of neighborhood libraries offers a representative case of library and user co-creation services that deserves in-depth study. In the case, libraries and users create services together by means of rebuilding resource aggregation, user relationship and institutional mode, and gathering user resources and wisdom. On the basis of common values and interests, the library builds the engagement platform, creates a supportive environment and provides institutional arrangements to enable the users to provide knowledge services independently. Libraries and users each mobilize their own interconnected resources and relationships to jointly promote the development and growth of neighborhood libraries. 4 figs. 1 tab. 43 refs.
