摘要
认为图书馆2.0的核心是以用户为中心,强调人的参与。通过对比传统型数字参考咨询模式和用户参与型数字参考咨询模式的优缺点,分析图书馆2.0环境下图书馆用户参与数字化参考服务(DRS)的理论依据和现实动因,并从用户参与的形式选择、内容选择、激励机制、引导监督等四个方面探讨其路径选择,以期形成和培育一种既方便用户提出咨询并及时得到解答、又能激发其参与热情,贡献其知识与理念的数字参考咨询环境。
The core idea of Library 2.0 is user-centered and users' participation. This paper analyses the theoretical foundation and realistic motives based on the comparison study of traditional Digital Reference Service(DRS) and user-participated DRS. In addition, the paper constructs a path choice of mode choice, content choice, motivation mechanism and supervision for user-participated DRS, hoping to cultivate such a DRS environment which is easy for users to ask questions and be answered. Also, users' knowledge and idea can be shared by one another in the environment.
