摘要
随着数字乡村战略持续向纵深推进,基层图书馆公共文化服务迎来新的机遇与挑战,一方面,数字乡村建设助力乡村数字基础设施不断完善,使基层图书馆更好借助数字技术开展均等化公共文化服务;另一方面,数字乡村不断深化,需文化做基础,人才做支撑,基层图书馆如何做好数字乡村文化软支撑,文章首先分析数字乡村建设面临的问题,其次,对比基层图书馆和数字乡村建设的内在联系。最后,文章从数字人才培养、农村农业数据互动共享、文化传承等方面提出基层图书馆赋能数字乡村建设的路径。
With the continuous promotion of the digital rural strategy in depth,the public cultural services of grassroots libraries have ushered in new opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the construction of digital rural helps the continuous improvement of rural digital infrastructure,so that grassroots libraries can better carry out equal public cultural services with the help of digital technology;on the other hand,the continuous deepening of digital rural re-quires culture as the foundation and talents as the support.This paper first analyzes the problems faced on the con-struction of digital countryside,and then,compares the inner relationship between the construction of digital rural and grassroots.Finally,the paper puts forward the path of empowering digital rural construction from the aspects of digital talent training,rural agricultural data interactive sharing and cultural inheritance.
