随着数字技术的迅猛发展和元宇宙概念的兴起,传统图书馆正面临着前所未有的变革。元宇宙作为一种新兴的虚拟现实环境,提供了一个全新的交互和沉浸体验平台。然而,如何将这些新兴技术有效地应用于图书馆服务中,成为当前亟须解决的问题。探索元宇宙视域下图书馆的信息化建设及其沉浸式服务,能够帮助图书馆提升读者的参与感和满意度,推动图书馆服务的现代化进程。这不仅是对传统图书馆服务模式的挑战,也是推动图书馆适应新时代要求的重要一步。文章旨在通过文献研究法、案例分析法等探讨如何在元宇宙环境中利用信息化技术提升图书馆的读者服务体验。
With the rapid development of digital technology and the rise of the concept of metaverse,traditional libraries are facing unprecedented changes.As an emerging virtual reality environment,the metaverse provides a brand new platform for interactive and immersive experiences.However,how to effectively apply these emerging technologies to library services has become an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.Exploring the informationization construction and immersive services of libraries from the perspective of the metaverse can help libraries enhance readers’sense of participation and satisfaction,and promote the modernization process of library services.This is not only a challenge to the traditional library service model,but also an important step in promoting libraries to adapt to the requirements of the new era.Therefore,the article aims to explore how to use information technology to enhance the reader service experience of libraries in the metaverse environment through literature research,case analysis,and other methods.
