摘要
从开挖原因、开挖检测结果和适用性评价结果三个方面,分析了43道含裂纹缺陷油气管道环焊缝的特点和规律。分析结果表明,43道裂纹焊缝中,黑口、三口和变壁厚口的比例为72%,抽检发现存在裂纹的焊口的比例为23%。其中20.9%的裂纹位于管道底部6点钟位置,除此之外,分别有39.5%和37.2%的裂纹位于管道顶部和管道侧面。这些环焊缝裂纹形成的主要原因是环焊缝焊接时没有按照标准规定的焊接工艺进行焊接。推荐主要采用RT、UT和MT检测方法或者采用TOFD和PAUT检测方法进行环焊缝无损检测。最后,在现有标准的基础上,提出了环焊缝修复方法。
From three aspects of excavation reasons,excavation detection results and applicability evaluation results,the characteristics and laws of 43 oil and gas pipeline girth welds with crack defects were analyzed.It was found that among the 43 cracked welds,black mouth,three joints and variable wall thickness joints accounted for 72%,and the joints with cracks were found in random inspections accounted for 23%.20.9%of the cracks found are located at the 6 o′clock position at the bottom of the pipe.In addition,39.5%and 37.2%of the cracks are located at the top of the pipe and the side of the pipe,respectively.Failure to strictly implement the welding process is an important reason for the crack defect of the girth weld.It is recommended to use the combination of RT,UT,and MT detection methods as the main method,and the TOFD and PAUT as supplementary detection methods for non-destructive testing of girth welds.Based on the existing standards,a set of systematic girth weld repair and disposal methods are proposed.
