摘要
全球油气资源产量稳定增长,但增速逐渐放缓,且探明可采储量远低于油气资源的开采速度。分析了全球油气资源的开采、消费及贸易情况,并总结了全球在用油气管道。介绍了我国近几年新建管道建设情况,并探讨了未来管道的发展趋势。拓展新的能源进出口通道、完善已建成的油气管网会是未来管道建设的方向,其中重点是天然气管网、海底管道和跨国油气管道的建设。
Global oil and gas production growing steadily,but at a slower pace,proven recoverable reserves are much slower than oil and gas production.This chapter analyzes the production,consumption and trade of global oil and gas resources,introduces our national new pipelines construction in recent years,and discusses the development trend of the pipelines.Expanding new energy import and export channels and improving the completed oil and gas pipeline network will be the direction of pipeline construction in the future,with emphasis on the construction of natural gas pipeline network,submarine pipeline and transnational oil and gas pipeline.
