管道环焊缝典型缺陷的3种无损检测方法对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用射线检测、超声波衍射时差法(TOFD)检测和相控阵(PAUT)检测3种方法对管道全自动焊对接环焊缝进行无损检测,对发现的密集气孔、裂纹、未熔合3种典型缺陷进行定位和定量结果比对。结果显示:相控阵和TOFD检测对缺陷自身高度的测量比较准确,误差在2.5 mm范围以内。PAUT和TOFD在厚度方向和长度方向均能获取准确数据,具有定位优势。 Non-destructive inspection of girth welds in pipeline automatic welding is carried out by using three methods of x-ray inspection,TOFD inspection and phased array inspection.The location and quantitative comparison of detected typical defects,such as dense gas hole,crack and lack of fusion were carried out.The results show that the height of defect measured by phased array and TOFD is accurate and the error is less than 2.5 mm.Both PAUT and TOFD can get accurate data in both thickness direction and length direction.
