摘要
从适用范围、限制条件、基本评价准则、关键参数取值等方面对比分析了国内常用4项油气管道裂纹型缺陷剩余强度评价标准。结果发现:4项标准均采用了失效评估图技术(FAD)。API579-1-2007考虑的因素最为全面,对裂纹形状、载荷形式、管道几何尺寸要求最少,是评价的首选。BS7910-2013与API579-1-2007类似,但载荷形式既有内压又有外部载荷时,只适用于厚壁管的评价。SY/T 6477-2014技术上也与API579-1-2007类似,但针对X80管道,有单独更为保守的失效评价曲线。GB/T19624-2004主要用于压力容器,油气管道可参考使用。建议的标准选择次序为:API579-1-2007、BS7910-2013、SY/T 6477-2014以及GB/T 19624-2004。
Four remaining strength assessment standards for crack type flaw were compared in aspects of the application range,the limit condition,the basic assessment criteria and the key parameters selection. It is found that failure assessment diagram( FAD) was adopted by all the four standards. API 579- 1 is the most comprehensive standard. It has the minimum requirements on crack shape,load form or pipe geometry size,which is thought to be the preferred standard in this paper. BS7910- 2013 is similar to API579- 1- 2007. But if load form is internal pressure combined with axial load or other external load,then the standard is limited to evaluate flaw in thick walled pipe. SY/T 6477- 2014 is also similar to API579- 1- 2007 in technology. But for X80 steel grade pipeline,specified failure assessment curve which is more conservative is adopted. GB/T 19624- 2004 is mainly used in pressure vessel. It can be used for reference in oil and gas pipelines. So when using standards to evaluate crack type flaw in oil gas pipeline,the recommended standards selection order is API579- 1- 2007、BS7910- 2013、SY/T 6477- 2014 and GB/T 19624- 2004.
