基于腐蚀缺陷管道的剩余强度评价标准应用 被引量:13

摘要 针对腐蚀缺陷管道剩余强度的评价问题,研究了ASME B31G标准、Rstreng标准、DNV RPF101标准及其算法,并对腐蚀缺陷管道的剩余强度进行了评价.计算了不同评价标准对于同一腐蚀缺陷的评价结果,评价了库鄯线原油管道和独乌线成品油管道中不同长度、深度的腐蚀缺陷,对评价结果及其变化情况进行对比分析.结果表明,对于同一腐蚀缺陷,不同评价标准所得到的管道剩余强度值之间存在差异,即各评价标准的保守性不同;不同评价标准适用于不同的腐蚀长度区间,且腐蚀缺陷尺寸的变化对不同评价标准所得到的管道剩余强度的影响程度不同. In order to evaluate the remaining strength of pipeline with corrosion defects,the ASME B31G criterion,Rstreng criterion,DNV RF-101 criterion and their algorithms were studied. The results assessed with different evaluation criteria for the same corrosion defect were calculated,and the corrosion defects with different length and depth in both Kushan crude oil pipeline and Duwu refined oil pipeline were evaluated. In addtion,the evaluation results and their changes were analyzed and compared. The results showthat for the same corrosion defect,there are some differences between the remaining strength assessed with different evaluation criteria,namely,the conservatism of each evaluation criterion is different. The different evaluation criteria should be applicable to different corrosion length intervals,and the change of corrosion defect size exhibits different influence on the remaining strength obtained with different evaluation criteria.
