摘要
含裂纹管道的剩余强度评价,目前国际上普遍采用失效评估图(FAD)技术。文中介绍了失效评估图技术的基本思路和目前通用的失效评估曲线,CEGBR6的选择1和BSIPD6493的选择3。通过在役含裂纹管道全尺寸试验评价验证了失效评估图技术的可靠性。运用FAD技术评价了佛两(佛荫一两路口)线管道剩余强度,结果表明,若能加强对天然气的脱硫、脱水,使输送天然气气质条件达到SYJ7514-88标准中A类l级要求,并控制输送压力的平稳,管道可以在现役压力2.5MPa下安全运行。
Abstract Failure assessment diagram (FAD) technology is used widespread for evaluationg the reniaining strengthof cracked pipe. The essential idea of FAD is introduced. The general-purpose FAD at present is provided,ie , I-evel I of CEGB R6 and I-evel 2 of BSI PD6493 , the reliability of which has been verified by the full sizeburst test of the cracked pipe. With the FAD method, remained strength of Foyin-Lianglukou pipeline hasbeen evaluated. The result of evaluation indicated that the pipeline could run safely under 2. 5 MPa pressureif desulfuration and desiccation were strengthened, pressure was kept to be stable.
