摘要
在役管道安全可靠运行是目前世界各国油气储运行业普遍关注和迫切需要解决的重大课题,而在役压力管道腐蚀剩余强度评价是为保障在役压力管道安全可靠运行的基础工作,其评价结论直接为管线运行的操作工艺、运行参数提供理论依据,同时指导管线安全生产管理。系统阐述了在役管道剩余强度的评价方法,比较了各种评价方法的优缺点。通过对比得出,有限元法能对较为复杂的管道腐蚀缺陷进行数值模拟,是管道剩余强度分析的一种有效的评价方法。
The safe and reliable operation of pipelines in service has attracted universal concern in oil and gas storage and transportation industry,which is an important subject needed to be urgently solved.Residual strength evaluate is the groundwork for assuring safe and reliable operation pipelines in service.The evaluate conclusion will directly provide the theory basis for operation technology and operation parameters of the pipelines and also guide safe production and management of the pipelines.Described and compared are different evaluation methods for pipelines in service.Results show that numerical simulation can be made for relatively complex pipeline corrosion defects by the finite-element-method,which is an effective evaluation method for residual strength of pipelines in service.
