摘要
调查了环焊缝发生开裂的情况,通过断口分析、性能测试、有限元估算及失效评估方法对开裂原因进行了分析及验证。结果表明,环焊缝开裂是由于存在焊接缺陷,焊缝局部韧性过低,并且在附加弯曲应力、运行压力、焊接残余应力的共同作用下引起的脆性断裂。
Cracking of the girth welds was investigated and its causes were analyzed and evaluated by means of the fracture analysis,mechanical property test,finite element estimation and failure assessment. The results show that the brittle fracture results from welding defects,lower toughness of the local weld,and the combined action of addition bending stress,operating pressure and welding residual stress.
