摘要
通过对某飞机舱门作动筒内泄漏故障进行复试检查,确定漏油部位是活塞杆焊缝处。针对活塞杆焊缝漏油部位进行剖切检查,确定焊缝存在缺陷,并通过工艺试验给出焊接坡口改进及焊缝余量去除量控制方案,有效地解决了焊接缺陷引起的舱门作动筒内泄漏故障。文中给出的活塞杆焊缝焊接坡口改进方案,同样可用于其他有密封要求的零部件焊接坡口设计。
Through the retest inspection of the leakage fault in the actuating cylinder of door retraction actuator,it is determined that the leakage position is the welding seam of the piston rod.According to the piston rod weld leakage parts,the section inspection was carried out to determine the weld defects,and through the process test,the welding groove improvement and weld allowance removal control scheme were given,which effectively solved the leakage fault in the main lifting hatch actuating cylinder caused by welding defects.The improved welding groove of piston rod can also be used in the design of welding groove of other parts with sealing requirements.
