摘要
食品安全性的保障是我国国民能够维持身体健康,避免社会出现重大问题的关键性因素,若食品安全出现问题,不仅会导致人们出现食物中毒等严重问题,还会产生社会信任危机,激发人们对市场中流通的食品的不信任感。食品检测是保障食品安全的基础措施,对于确保食品质量、避免食品安全问题发生有着极其重要的影响。同时由于各种食品检测风险因素的存在,如何防范检测风险也成了社会广泛关注的问题之一。因此,本文就食品检测应用的影响展开了研究,同时针对食品检测中出现的风险因素提出了相应的防范策略。
The guarantee of food safety is a key factor for Chinese people to maintain their health and avoid major social problems. If food safety problems occur, they will not only lead to food poisoning and other serious problems, but also create a crisis of social trust, which will stimulate people’s distrust of the food circulating in the market. Food testing is the basic measure to ensure food safety, which has an extremely important impact on ensuring food quality and avoiding food safety problems. At the same time, due to the existence of various food testing risk factors, how to prevent testing risks has become one of the issues of widespread concern. Therefore, this paper has carried out research on the impact of the application of food testing, and proposed corresponding prevention strategies for the risk factors in food testing.
