摘要
近些年来,食品安全问题是每一个普通民众密切关注的重点。液相色谱技术常应用于化学实验检测环节,在食品安全检测中也具有较强的应用性。基于此,本文就液相色谱在食品安全检测方面的应用进行探究分析,介绍了液相色谱的检测原理,对液相色谱技术进行分类,并对液相色谱在食品安全检测中的应用进行具体分析,为相关人员提供参考。
In recent years,food safety is the focus of every ordinary people's close attention.Liquid chromatography is often used in chemical experiment detection,and it also has strong application in food safety detection.Based on this,this paper explores and analyzes the application of liquid chromatography in food safety detection,introduces the detection principle of liquid chromatography,classifies liquid chromatography technology,and analyzes the application of liquid chromatography in food safety detection,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
