摘要 食品检测是保障食品安全的重要手段,受到各种外部因素的影响,食品检测低效率风险始终存在,影响食品检测工作的顺利开展。基于此,本文明确了基于食品主成分分析的食品检测效率评估流程,探索以食品主成分分析为基础的食品检测效率评估方法,对食品检测低效率风险进行有效管控,并结合食品检测行业实际发展情况,制定切实可行的提升食品检测效率的具体措施,通过加强风险管理以及提高食品检测效率等方式,全面提升食品检测水平,保障食品安全,实现对于食品检测低效率风险的有效管控。 Food detection is an important means to ensure food safety, affected by various external factors, food detection low-efficiency risk always exists, affect the smooth development of food detection. Based on this, this article clarifies the food detection efficiency evaluation process based on food principal component analysis(PCA), and explores the food detection efficiency evaluation method based on PCA, to effectively control the risk of low efficiency in food testing,and to formulate practical measures to improve the efficiency of food testing in the light of the actual development of the food testing industry, by strengthening the risk management and improving the efficiency of food testing, we can improve the level of food testing, ensure food safety, and realize the effective control of the low-efficiency risk of food testing.
