摘要
在智能技术的赋能下,老年教育能力得到大幅度提升。老年教育能力的提升强调在量的基础上注重内涵建设和质量提升。智能技术赋能老年教育能力提升的价值主要体现在提升资源的承载能力、更新和共享能力、提升优质师资力量的利用能力、提升学习空间的支持服务能力、提升老年教育的系统评价能力等方面。为实现老年教育的高质量发展,在学校管理、教师教学及学员学习三大层面构建了智能技术赋能老年教育能力提升的模型,并提出从逻辑向度、伦理向度、质量向度及评价向度提升智能技术赋能老年教育能力的路径。
With the empowerment of intelligent technology,the ability of elderly education has been greatly improved.The improvement of the elderly education ability emphasizes the connotation construction and quality improvement on the basis of quantity.The value of intelligent technology for the improvement of elderly education ability is mainly reflected in improving the carrying ability of resources,updating and sharing ability,improving the utilization ability of high-quality teachers,improving the ability to support service of learning space,and improving the ability to systematically evaluate of elderly education.In order to realize the high-quality development of elderly education,the model of intelligent technology enabling the improvement of elderly education ability is constructed at three levels of school management,teacher teaching and student learning,and the path of intelligent technology enabling the improvement of elderly education ability is put forward from the dimensions of logic,ethics,quality and evaluation.
