国外老年教育数字化发展模式与政策演变对我国的启示

摘要 随着全球老龄化趋势的加剧,老年教育逐渐成为各国关注的焦点。数字技术为老年教育带来了新的发展机遇,数字化转型助推老年教育发展动力升级和向高质量发展变革。英国、德国、日本、韩国等老龄化程度较高的国家老年教育数字化发展模式和政策演变为我国提供重要启示,有利于推动我国在长期战略制定、基础设施建设、数字技能提升和多元参与机制构建等方面不断完善,加速突破我国老年教育数字化发展的堵点,彰显老年教育数字化发展以“老年人为中心”的价值追求。 With the intensification of the global aging,elderly education has gradually become a focus of attention in various countries.Digital technology has brought new development opportunities to elderly education,and digital transformation has helped promote the upgrading of the development momentum of elderly education and the transformation towards high-quality development.The digital development model and policy evolution of elderly education in countries with high levels of aging,such as the UK,Germany,Japan,and South Korea,provide important insights for China,which is conducive to promoting continuous improvement in long-term strategy formulation,infrastructure construction,digital skill enhancement,and diversified participation mechanism construction,accelerating the breakthrough of the digital development of elderly education in China,and highlighting the value pursuit of“elderly-centered”digital development of elderly education.
